Containerwise Charles Dowding CD30 Module Tray – Practical, Durable, and Perfect for Your Garden

The Containerwise Charles Dowding CD30 Module Tray is a fantastic tool for gardeners who want to start strong, healthy seedlings with ease. Created in partnership between Charles Dowding, a pioneer of no-dig gardening, and Containerwise, a family-run UK company known for their durable, thoughtfully designed products, this tray is a testament to quality and functionality. We’re proud to partner with both Charles and Containerwise to bring you this amazing propagation tray.

With 30 modules, this tray strikes a balance between capacity and size. Each module is designed with large drainage holes, making it easy to water your plants from the bottom and remove them when it’s time to transplant. It’s made from 100% recycled polypropylene, BPA-free, and built to last season after season. Its compact size—half the footprint of a CD60—makes it ideal for gardeners working with smaller spaces, whether you’re setting up on a patio, windowsill, or small greenhouse.

I’ve seen how well this tray works for starting everything from vegetables to flowers. The CD30 fits perfectly into the Base Tray and Dome system, giving you greater control over moisture and temperature for your seedlings. It’s easy to stack and store, which is especially handy during those busy gardening months.

Whether you’re growing for a small backyard garden or experimenting with succession planting, the CD30 is a practical and reliable option that makes the process easier and more efficient. It’s one of those tools you’ll find yourself reaching for over and over again, and I’m thrilled to share it with fellow gardeners. 🌱

Great Seed Trays!

These are super sturdy seed starting trays. I especially like the smaller size cells as they require less compost material which, in turns, also helps save money. The large finger holes make it super easy to pop out seedlings without damaging the roots. Highly recommend. All About The Gatden delivered my order promptly and well packed. I've ordered from this company in the past and continue to support them.
