This long-life seed propagation module tray has 40 cells and large holes for drainage and easy seedling removal. It's made of 100% recycled and recyclable material and stacks when not in use. It's super sturdy and designed to be reused for 15+ years.

You can use this tray for almost any vegetable or flower, but we particularly like it for larger seeds, broad leafed seedlings that need a little more time in the tray, and seeds we want to get started well before it's time to plant outside. 

PLEASE NOTE: this item has the same footprint as the CD60, but has fewer cells (40) so the individual cells are larger than the cells on the CD60. This item, like all our items, is BPA free.

Perfect

I have used the cd60 trays for a couple of years and this 40 cell tray is the perfect size for the seedlings that need a little bit more space. I love the single hole in the bottom and they are sturdy enough to last years and years. Highly recommend!!

A great gardening investment

I tried these seed trays out a few years ago back and now have a dozen, each with the bottom watering tray. They work wonderfully, are tough as nails, and produce wonderful, healthy rootballs. With the bottom watering trays empty, rather than the roots reaching out as they do with throw away trays, the roots air prune at the bottom, which forces the root ball to form. When done, they stack beautifully for storage. I highly recommend these trays!
